Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing highlights of the local area. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done, ensuring that every transaction feels like part of the overall experience.
Responsibilities· Guarantee a safe work environment, adhere to company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and present a professional appearance and communication.
· Be on their feet for an extended time, moving at all positions and performing hands‑on work such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
· Perform all tasks safely and efficiently, ensuring assistance for guests and the business is delivered consistently.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
