- Sales Leadership:

Experience:

- Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. - Leadership
Skills:
Proven ability to lead diverse teams, improve employee performance, and achieve business goals in a fast-paced retail environment. - Business Knowledge:
Strong understanding of retail operations, sales forecasting, inventory control, merchandising, and customer relationship management. - Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, employees, and business partners. - Technical
Skills:
