Promoter – Home Appliances

The Small Domestic Appliances Promoter is responsible for driving sales, enhancing brand awareness, and delivering an exceptional customer experience for the Shark Ninja portfolio across assigned retail outlets. The role focuses on demonstrating premium home and kitchen appliances, engaging customers through product education, ensuring excellent merchandising standards, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience promoting or selling small domestic appliances, home appliances, premium consumer electronics, or premium consumer products within a retail environment.

• Represent the Shark Ninja brand professionally and act as a brand ambassador across assigned retail stores.
• Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and unique selling points of Shark Ninja products to customers.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products to maximize customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets while contributing to the overall business objectives.
• Ensure products are displayed according to Shark Ninja merchandising guidelines and maintain an attractive retail presentation.
• Maintain adequate stock availability on shelves and promptly report stock shortages to the relevant stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with retail staff to maximize product visibility and support sales activities.
• Support in-store promotions, product launches, marketing campaigns, and retail activations.
• Monitor competitor activities, promotions, pricing, and new product launches, providing regular market feedback to the Trade Marketing team.
• Maintain accurate daily records of sales performance, customer feedback, and store visits.
• Keep the demonstration area clean, organized, and fully operational at all times.
• Continuously develop product knowledge to confidently communicate product features and benefits to customers.

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, product promotion, or customer-facing roles.
• Previous experience promoting or selling small domestic appliances, home appliances, kitchen appliances, floor care products, consumer electronics, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Experience working within major retail chains in the UAE is an advantage.
