Job Purpose

Use artistic skills in arranging flowers and preparing bouquets for various occasions to satisfy customers’ desires.

• Ensure adequate availability of flowers to meet daily sales and customer needs.
• Responsible for visual display of flowers.
• Handle requests for predesigned arrangement and custom orders.
• Advise customers on cost, color, care, vases, and bloom longevity.
• Manage direct walk‑ins, phone, and online requests.
• Create floral décor and lead floral installation for hotels, lobbies, and other company locations as specified.
• Ensure flowers are wrapped or have a note attached as required.
• Use creativity in picking and cutting flowers to produce eye‑pleasing arrangements so that flowers reach destinations safely and remain beautiful.
• Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by superiors.
• Perform other duties as and when assigned.

• Florist experience: 5 years (Required)

QAR3,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
