Store Operations & Sales
- Run all daily store operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and floor supervision.
- Own the store’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales results.
- Actively manage the sales floor to drive conversion, average transaction value (ATV), and units per transaction (UPT).
- Ensure stock availability, correct pricing, and accurate stock handling within the store.
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and overall presentation at all times.
- Control the store level stock movement, counts, and documentation.
- Ensure strong loss prevention practices and investigate and report stock discrepancies.
- Be present on the floor to lead customer experience by example.
- Handle VIP clients and complex customer situations.
- Ensure the team delivers a consistent luxury service experience every day.
- Follow up on customer feedback and take immediate action at store level.
- Manage the store team on a daily basis, including scheduling and task allocation.
- Set clear daily priorities and expectations for the team.
- Conduct regular performance check‑ins and address performance issues quickly.
- Create a positive, high‑energy working environment.
- Ensure new joiners complete the onboarding plan and understand store procedures.
- Support the team with day‑to‑day product updates and selling guidelines.
- Reinforce service standards and basic sales techniques on the floor.
- Identify skill gaps and flag training needs to the Retail Manager.

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing retail stores within Qatar in luxury, watches, or jewelry.
- Ideally a relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or similar.
- Ideally relevant certification in sales, management, or project management from accredited providers.
- Outstanding communication skills in English.
- Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
