• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Balance cash register at end of shift
• Count money in cash drawers at beginning of shifts to ensure that amount is correct
• Process returns and exchanges as necessary
• Handle customer complaints professionally
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Previous experience working with a point-of-sale (POS) system preferred but not mandatory
• Basic computer literacy required; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to stand for long periods of time required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
