Working as a Merchandiser at our company will involve: developing strategies that will maximize customer satisfaction; creating displays that attract customers; liaising with suppliers; tracking orders; ensuring inventory accuracy; maintaining positive relationships with buyers, vendors, and employees; compiling data on sales trends. In addition, you will be responsible for monitoring customer feedback and making sure our products are displayed in the best way possible.
To be considered for this role you must have: excellent communication skills both verbal and written; strong analytical skills; an understanding of sales principles; knowledge of data analysis concepts; the ability to make quick decisions in fast-paced environments; experience in the retail industry or merchandising field (preferred). Additionally, you must be highly organized with excellent customer service skills.
