We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in Doha!

The successful candidate must have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills and the ability to handle payments accurately and efficiently.

• Receive payments from customers in form of cash, checks, credit/debit cards or other forms of payment
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Bag merchandise properly and collect proper payment for goods
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones

• At least one year of experience working in a cashier role preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer a competitive salary package of 1300 QAR per month plus other benefits.
