• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude
• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
• Keep the checkout area clean and well‑stocked at all times
• Assist with restocking shelves and organizing merchandise when needed
• Provide knowledgeable product recommendations to customers
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, product returns, etc.
• Keep track of inventory levels and inform management when stock is low
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth store operations

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions quickly and accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy periods
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
