Merchandiser – Doha, QatarWe are looking for a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with an international presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving sales of the company’s product range in the local market.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in merchandising or retail sales is desired, however, recent graduates with relevant degrees.
Responsibilities- Develop merchandise plans and strategies to meet sales targets
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
- Research current trends in the local market and adjust strategies accordingly
- Develop relationships with customers and manage customer inquiries
- Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth running of operations
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws & regulations related to merchandising activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar role
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights from them
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
Salary: 900 QAR per month. We are willing to consider recently arrived immigrants who meet the qualifications for this position.
