Cashier vacancy in Doha Qatar for unskilled worker duties and responsibilities, qualifications and experience.

We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 QAR per month. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Receive payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers or automatic debits
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
• Establish or identify prices of goods, services or admission and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers, or optical price scanners
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
• Resolve customer complaints
• Bag items carefully
• Collect payments from customers
• Answer customers’ questions

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• Previous experience as a Cashier is highly preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service skills
• Working knowledge of cash handling procedures
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
