We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cashier to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, providing customer service, and maintaining store records. This job requires strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail and accuracy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Handle cash transactions with customers using cash registers
• Scan goods and collect payments
• Issue receipts, refunds, credits or change due to customers
• Answer customers' questions concerning location, price and use of goods or services
• Maintain cleanliness of the store area around the cash register
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Balance cash drawers at the end of shifts to ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws as well as company policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; college degree a plus
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role required
• Proficiency in English language (reading & writing)
• Good knowledge of arithmetic calculations
• Immigrant status considered an asset
