Qualifications

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market, including designer brands, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS systems.
