• Provide comprehensive administrative and welfare support to flight crew on a daily basis
• Handle flight crew queries and ensure practical and timely solutions
• Coordinate roster changes, swaps, and shift adjustments with crew rostering teams
• Monitor fleet rosters, disruption reports, and sick reports to ensure data accuracy
• Maintain welfare and housing case logs for tracking, reference, and analysis
• Implement review board decisions within defined timelines to avoid operational impact
• Escalate welfare concerns to management and support follow-up actions
• Participate in inventory checks and separation formalities related to jump seat cases
• Liaise with internal departments including security, facilities, and operations
• Ensure all actions support operational continuity and crew wellbeing

• College or university qualification with a minimum of four years of relevant experience
• Experience in airline operations, hospitality, or social services preferred
• Strong computer skills including spreadsheets, databases, and presentation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multinational environment
• Demonstrated empathy and discretion when handling sensitive welfare cases
• Strong organisational, planning, and coordination skills
• Willingness to work shifts as required
