Positioned as a connection point between the Retail Industry and Wholesalers (Manufacturers/Distributors), the company specializes in Sales and Merchandising Services by providing insightful Business Solutions, customized Sales Staff and innovative and creative Merchandisers and Installers, across a variety of retail industries.

The Supervisor of Merchandisers Team plays a critical role in enhancing the customer experience in the stores. You will oversee a team of merchandisers, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized shopping environment that aligns with brand strategies and marketing campaigns. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and merchandising expertise.

• Lead the development and execution of visually compelling product displays that maximize customer appeal and product sales.
• Oversee planogram execution, ensuring merchandise placement aligns with brand guidelines and promotional initiatives.
• Identify and implement innovative display solutions to optimize product visibility and encourage customer engagement.
• Manage inventory levels for assigned areas and coordination with the warehouse for timely restocks.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize stock-outs and overstocking, ensuring product availability and efficient inventory management.

• Provide effective leadership, coaching, and training to a team of merchandisers.
• Develop team members’ knowledge of merchandising standards, product details, and exceptional customer service practices.
• Motivate and empower the team to achieve set goals and performance targets.

• Collaborate closely with our customer sales team & store management to execute promotional displays and events.
• Effectively address customer inquiries and resolve any merchandising-related concerns.

• Monitor the team's performance and adherence to established merchandising standards.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock levels, and planogram compliance etc.. for the whole team.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall team effectiveness.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the assigned area.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in visual merchandising.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in merchandising.
• Proven track record of successfully supervising and leading a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practices.
• Strong physical ability to perform tasks like lifting and stocking merchandise
