- - Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- - Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- - Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile discrepancies
- - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- - Answer customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
- - Ensure that all sales are recorded accurately in the system
- - Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accuracy of records
- - Keep the store clean and organized, including restocking shelves and maintaining displays, price tags in case of no customers
- - Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Strong math skills and attention to detail
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- - Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash register systems
- - Flexibility to work, weekends, and holidays as needed
