• Greet customers and assist them in selecting suitable products.
• Engage with window shoppers and support their conversion into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat sales.
• Serve customers according to the company 's GUEST selling approach:
  Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell and Thank.
• Maintain knowledge of the group 's different brands to support suggestive selling.
• Deliver a professional retail experience while contributing to store sales objectives.

Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times. Keep product knowledge current to assist customers effectively and support efforts to minimize stock loss. The role requires flexibility to work extended hours during sale periods and to work varied shifts or overtime according to business requirements.

• Ensure merchandise is arranged and displayed attractively according to standard store layout requirements.
• Follow established visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain applicable stock norms for clearance merchandise.
• Record inventory movements for incoming and outgoing stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement reports.
• Support store maintenance and visual presentation activities as assigned.

• Operate the Point of Sale and billing counter efficiently.
• Tally cash in the till at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Issue receipts, refunds and change accurately.
• Process payments made by cash, credit cards, vouchers and automatic debits.

Maintain awareness and vigilance regarding store security throughout working hours. Follow established SOP and Loss Prevention Policies and carry out store responsibilities without negligence.
