Job Description # SALES LADY / SHOP ASSISTANT We are looking for a
** friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Sales Lady / Shop Assistant
** to support our daily retail operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to assist customers professionally and confidently.###

Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in selecting
** abayas, fabrics, and other tailoring products
** according to their needs and preferences.
* Take customer measurements accurately and assist with alteration and tailoring requirements when needed.
* Monitor stock levels and ensure merchandise is properly organized, displayed, and replenished.
* Handle sales transactions, payments, receipts, and basic daily shop records.
* Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with the
** tailoring/production team
** regarding order status and delivery.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
* Support promotions, new product displays, and other shop activities as required.
* Build good relationships with customers and provide professional customer service.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic customer concerns politely and efficiently.### Requirements
* Female candidate – Filipino nationality preferred.
* Age: 35 years old or below.
* Minimum
** 2 years of experience
** in retail sales, boutique, abaya/fashion retail, tailoring, or a similar customer service role.
* Good communication skills in
** English**.
* Ability to communicate with Arabic-speaking customers is an advantage.
* Presentable, confident, friendly, and comfortable dealing directly with customers.
* Basic knowledge of
** sales, stock handling, cash handling, and POS transactions**.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy retail environment.
* Reliable, responsible, and customer-oriented.
* Willing to work
** overtime, weekends, and public holidays
** when required.### Preferred Skills
* Experience in an
** abaya or ladies' fashion shop**.
* Basic knowledge of fabrics, tailoring, alterations, and measurements.
* Good sales and customer-service skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
