• strong Email Communication strong Manage professional email correspondence with customers management and internal teams in a timely and effective manner
• strong Visual Merchandising strong Maintain attractive product displays ensure shelves are organized and keep the store clean and presentable
• strong Customer Relationships strong Build strong customer relationships provide excellent after-sales service and encourage repeat business
• strong Reporting amp Administration strong Support daily sales reporting stock documentation and other administrative tasks as required

• 3-5 years of previous experience in beauty retail cosmetics skincare or a similar sales environment
• Strong selling upselling and cross-selling skills
• Good knowledge of daily retail operations and stock management
• Experience in cashiering and POS systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in professional email communication and basic computer applications
• Strong customer service skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets
• Well-organized proactive reliable and detail-oriented
• Fluency in English additional languages are an advantage
