Description & RequirementsWe are seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineers with at least 2-4 years of experience in the construction, marine industry, oil and gas, recycling and related industry to join our team.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting our products and services to potential clients in your field. You will work closely with the sales team to provide technical support, product demonstrations, and proposals to customers. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Identifying and qualifying sales leads through various channels, such as referrals, networking, and cold-calling
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Creating sales proposals and quotes
- Collaborating with technical teams to provide customized solutions to clients
- Negotiating sales contracts and terms with clients
- Attending industry events and conferences to expand network and knowledge
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competition
- Preparing and submitting sales reports to management
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master is an advantage)
Knowledge and Skills- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or technical support roles in the oil and gas, marine, construction, process and planing or recycling industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
