The Job

• Responsible for Sales and Booking all weddings and rental events
• Ensure all bookings are carried out successfully from start to finish including booking, contracts, payments, preparing timelines, vendor communication, continued communication with clients, rehearsal schedules and event day preparation.
• Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure hotel stays ahead in the local market
• Responsible for working with the General Manager to continually come up with creative ways to increase our wedding and event bookings and to ensure continued growth in our projected income areas.
• Supervise and train all employees in weddings and events to ensure professional, positive event experiences for our customers.
• Address any last minute event day needs with the proper departments or vendors to ensure the facility is clean and set up to the client's specifications including (but not limited to) cocktail hour, decorations, floral arrangements, photo needs / schedules, music, food, tent set up if needed, etc.

The Profile

• Has at least 1 - 3 years experience ideally in Event Marketing / Event Management or Sales Operations / Sales Support within Hospitality, Wedding, Hotel, and Event industry.
• Experience with in would be a strong advantage.
• Must be Available in Doha, Qatar.
• Must be Arab Speaker - Preferably Female
• Experience in Event Planning and Sales
• Excellent Communication and Client Management Skills
• Must have available NOC and has valid QID
