Position:
Outdoor Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. This position presents a great opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute directly to the expansion of our telecom services in the B2B2C markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and a proven history of success in dealing with large corporations and government sectors
.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing business accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer customized telecom solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with pricing guidelines and company policies.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity, client communications, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in outdoor sales.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, ideally in corporate or government sectors.
  • Valid QID and authorized to work in Qatar.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Preferred age: below 40 years.
