About the RoleWe are looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English)
dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to support Adori App growth by driving revenue, executing marketing campaigns, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is commercially minded, data-driven, and passionate about turning marketing initiatives into measurable sales outcomes.
- Execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, paid ads, Whats App, etc.)
- Support content creation for campaigns, promotions, and brand communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and suggest optimisations.
- Assist in events, activations, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and leads.
- Support the sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Track sales performance and report on targets, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Identify, generate, and follow up on new sales leads across digital and offline channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a combined commercial role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with data, KPIs, and performance reports.
- Experience with CRM systems, social media platforms, and marketing tools is a plus.
- Highly organised, proactive, and results‑oriented.
- Knows the Qatari market and how to do marketing in Qatar.
- A self‑starter who takes ownership and delivers results.
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for growth.
- Creative thinker with analytical skills.
- Team player who can also work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
