About the Role:
We are looking for a well‑presented, confident, and self‑driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer‑focused, able to handle pressure, and capable of building strong relationships with clients. A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to represent the company well are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business leads through calls, networking and market research.
- Conduct product presentations and sales meetings to understand client needs.
- Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless delivery.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and promotional events when required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales in F&B.
- Ability to use CRM systems or sales management software for tracking leads, follow‑ups, and customer records.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English and Malayalam.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skill.
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
