Sales Coordinator Jobs in Qatar

Ready-Mix concrete, Block & Interlock FACTORY, Precast ,Urgently looking for the positions below, please only who is related to the same failed (Ready-mix concrete, blocks & interlock)

A Sales Coordinator will support sales representatives and coordinate sales related activities but is not responsible for selling products.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Prepares Quotations using Company Word Format / ERP System from Sales Department.
  • Prepares Sales Order according to the LPO / Salesman with reference number.
  • Opening new files for new clients or new customers.
  • Updates the tracking lists of the Quotations (Ready Mix, Block & Interlock).
  • Updates the tracking lists of daily Sales Orders (Ready Mix, Block & Interlock, and Precast).
  • Prepares weekly and monthly Sales Report to be presented during meeting in the Sales Department.
  • Daily follows up the Salesman's Report in their daily activities, that it should be submitted on time.
  • Follow up and ensure that all inquiries and required documents are properly completed and ready before submission to the concerned clients.
  • Checks email regularly to avoid miscommunications.
  • Any emails related to production — whether for Ready-Mix, Block & Interlock, or Precast — or any other production matters for FBA Factories, must be reviewed by the concern Department for feedback before proceeding with any documentation such as quotation or sales orders.
  • Files documents in an orderly manner to avoid misplaced and lost documents.
  • Records all incoming and outgoing documents from any interrelated companies (Ready Mix, Block & Interlock, Auto Rent, and Precast).
  • Maintains the log of correspondence and documents to have a proper flow of daily activities.
  • Identifies or monitors to minimize potential conflicts and resolve problems, if any, with regards of secretarial or human resources works.
  • Manages incoming visitors or walk-in customers and directly refer to any Sales Representative available.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • College Graduate
  • 2-3 years of experience in GCC.
