Job Overview

Manage a portfolio of Sadara customers and meet all their banking and wealth management needs. Grow the portfolio size and total relationship value while maintaining regular contact, offering timely products and services tailored to identified needs. Demonstrate sound knowledge of bank products and services and a flexible attitude to meet bank and customer needs. Ensure delivery of superior quality of service while adhering to regulatory and risk frameworks.

Accountabilities
  • Prepare regular meetings with portfolio clients to introduce CBQ products and services, maximize portfolio revenues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers so they are aware of all CBQ products/services relevant to their situation and credit analysis.
  • Ensure all walk‑in clients, whether from own portfolio or other lounges, are efficiently served to maintain Sadara service expectations.
  • Gather information on existing and potential customers; analyse credit worthiness, compile credit data, and interpret financial information to maintain a continuous workflow.
  • Profile existing and potential clients to identify overall banking needs and introduce appropriate products and services.
  • Assist in developing account plans in a consistent and timely manner to swiftly follow up on identified business opportunities.
  • Attain competency in banking tools such as CRM, KAPITI, Digital RM platform, and other IT solutions to ensure a full customer analysis and stay ahead of customer needs.
Qualifications & Education

Bachelor's degree in Banking/Business or equivalent.
