adeer is a Qatari tech startup with a big mission: "Simple management for a simpler life". We help small business owners manage everything—sales, employees, finance, and inventory—right from their phones.

We are growing fast. We already have over 25,000 users across 65+ countries. Now, we need a driven person on the ground in Qatar to help us take the next big step.

We are not looking for a typical "desk employee." We are looking for a Growth Engine. You will be the face of adeer in Qatar. Your job is to find small business owners (home businesses, freelancers, shops) and show them how adeer can change their lives.

• Sell & Onboard:
  Meet business owners, show them the app, and help them set up their accounts. You aren't just selling a subscription; you are teaching them how to organize their business.
• Lead Workshops:
  We partner with big names, such as Ministries. You will organize and lead training sessions to teach groups of entrepreneurs how to use our tools.
• Build Relationships:
  Attend events and represent adeer. You won't just stand at a booth; you will actively engage with people and turn conversations into users.
• Customer Success:
  Don't just sell and leave. Check in on your clients to ensure they are using the app successfully.
• You live in Qatar:
  You know the local market and the culture.
• You are Bilingual:
  You can switch between Arabic and English effortlessly.
• You are a "Hunter":
  You are comfortable picking up the phone or walking into a shop to introduce yourself.
• You are Tech-Savvy:
  You can learn a mobile app inside and out in a few hours.

Step 1:
Download the adeer app (it's free). Create an account and learn how it works. Understand the features (Sales, Online Store, Reports).

Step 2:
The Role Play. Imagine you are an adeer Sales Representative. You have a lead—a home business owner named "Asmaa" who sells candles but is struggling to organize her orders.

Step 3:
Make the Call. Once you are ready, call

• Scenario:
  You are calling "Asmaa" (a fictional customer).
• Goal:
  Convince her why she needs adeer and ask for a demo or a signup.
• Note:
  
  Treat this as a real sales call.

Step 4:
After the call, send your CV with the subject line: "I made the call - (Your Name)".

From QAR3,000.00 per month
