Immigration Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Immigration Consultant to join our growing team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and a willingness to learn about immigration and work permit programs.

• Handle daily inbound and outbound calls with potential clients
• Provide accurate information about immigration, work permits, and visa programs
• Convert inquiries into sales by effectively explaining services and benefits
• Maintain and follow up on leads until closure
• Update client details and interactions in the system on a daily basis
• Assist clients with documentation requirements and application processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Provide professional and ethical consultation at all times

• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in immigration consulting, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
