Position Title:
Corporate Sales Manager
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a sales strategy for the company's commercial program, including maximizing revenue from sponsorship, ticketing and hospitality, circuit products and other assets. This position presents the successful candidate with an excellent opportunity to develop significant sales experience in a fun, challenging and dynamic work environment. - Work closely with company's Commercial and Marcomm teams to assist in identifying, packaging and delivering commercial opportunities in respect of the Events.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy across sponsorship, ticketing & hospitality, circuit products, and other company assets.
- Identify and broker new corporate relationships within Qatar for the company.
- Highlight new market trends and revenue opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the motor sport industry and related products and services to effectively sell to clients and sponsors.
- Collaborate with Marcomms to develop promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase sales.
- Oversee and manage company's Ticketing & Hospitality Associate and Circuit Sales Associate to ensure sales targets are met.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Commercial Director and other senior leaders.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally within the motor sport industry.
- A true passion for motor sport and in-depth knowledge of the motor sport industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strong professional network within the sports sales and sponsorship industry.
- Highly independent, performance-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic global environment with tight deadlines.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building successful sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
