Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market presence in Qatar. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the signage, interior fit‑out, or metal fabrication industry. You will be responsible for promoting Al Aser's diverse portfolio ranging from architectural signage and digital printing to metal forming and decorative material trading to contractors, architects, and business owners.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Lead Generation:
Identify and secure new business opportunities for indoor/outdoor signage, exhibition stands, and metal fabrication projects. - Target potential clients for our trading division, specifically for materials like Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP), artificial marble, and stainless‑steel sheets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, interior designers, and facility managers to ensure Al Aser is the preferred vendor for upcoming projects.
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions (e.g., specific wall cladding or decorative metal works).
- Present the company's capabilities in metal laser cutting, CNC engraving, and acrylic fabrication to demonstrate technical expertise.
- Collaborate with the design and drafting team to ensure client concepts are translated into feasible production designs.
- Prepare precise commercial proposals and quotations based on client specifications and material costs.
- Coordinate with the estimation department to ensure accurate pricing for complex projects involving structural metal stairs, gates, or large‑scale digital printing.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals while maintaining company profit margins.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client from the initial inquiry through to assembly and installation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained to align with the company's "Commitment to Excellence" motto.
- Experience:
Minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience in the Signage, Construction, or Interior Decoration industry in Qatar. - Product Knowledge:
Strong understanding of industry materials, including ACP, Acrylic, Metal (Steel/Aluminum), and Digital Printing technologies. - Market Insight:
Existing network of contacts within Qatar's construction and advertising sectors. - Communication:
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a significant advantage). - Technical Literacy:
Ability to read basic floor plans and engineering drawings is preferred.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Licensing:
Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory). - Physical:
Ability to visit construction sites and client offices frequently. - Salary: QAR 5,500.00 – 10,000.00 per month plus attractive commission structure.
