Our Client is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager for Food and Beverage (F&B) to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, fostering partnerships, and expanding our client base in the F&B sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the F&B market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the F&B sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns that drive sales.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand professional networks.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff on best practices and sales techniques.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the F&B industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior in the F&B sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Bilingual Arabic and English.
