Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team immediately on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving ticket sales, corporate bookings, and event partnerships for our theme park and entertainment offerings. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through direct outreach, corporate partnerships, and event collaborations.
  • Promote theme park tickets, group packages, and special event offers to individual and corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, schools, corporate clients, and tour operators.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to maximize exposure and revenue.
  • Manage customer inquiries professionally and ensure excellent client service at all touchpoints.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic speaker required, with strong customer engagement skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales within the theme park, entertainment, or events industry (experience in Qatar or GCC preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer service orientation and team collaboration skills.
  • Must be available for immediate joining.
  • Temporary position (duration to be discussed).
