Responsibilities
- Welcome walk-in customers and handle phone/online inquiries.
- Present available vehicles, features, pricing, and financing options.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate test drives and appointments with the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, sales offers, and necessary documentation.
- Update the CRM with all customer interactions and sales progress.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom performance.
- Maintain a professional and organized showroom environment.
- Previous experience in sales; automotive industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive sales approach.
- Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office).
- Presentable, confident, and able to work under pressure.
