This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales Representative role based in Doha, Qatar. The Sales Representative will focus on generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, presenting products and solutions, developing effective sales strategies, and providing timely follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.

The salary range for sales representatives in Qatar typically falls between QAR
80,000 and QAR
180,000 per year, depending on experience and industry. Commission structures can significantly increase earnings. Performance‑based bonuses are common in sales roles.

Key skills include communication, negotiation, and customer service. Product knowledge and the ability to build relationships are important. A proactive and results‑oriented approach is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Identify potential customers, present products and solutions, develop effective sales strategies, and provide timely follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain client relationships and track sales data to provide reports.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
  • Customer relationship management experience with a focus on client needs and satisfaction
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities for developing tailored sales strategies
  • Knowledge of product management and basic understanding of business operations
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the software or SaaS industry, is an advantage
