Chef Middle East is looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Partner to provide the necessary support to the sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver exceptional customer service and optimize customer expansion by adhering to company directives and promoting a collaborative atmosphere through teamwork.
Key responsibilities:
- Process orders and verify the Local Purchase Order (LPO) against item descriptions and agreed prices from the database.
- Create orders based on received LPOs and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage customer orders and serve as the main point of contact for issues such as shortages and delivery tracking.
- Build knowledge and understanding of products and operations.
- Facilitate the regular exchange of information between internal and external departments concerning operational matters, to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Always comply with the HACCP & ISO procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales Partner or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
Must be eligible to obtain a work permit/visa in job location.
Familiarity with customer base in work location is highly preferable.
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems; preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Must be familiar with software packages such as Microsoft Word / PowerPoint & Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
