- Report to the Regional Sales Director, Focused & Vertical Accounts, and collaborate with regional sales leaders.
- Support multiple video and security brands, including Avigilon, Pelco, Indigovision, and Openpath.
- Engage with key oil & gas stakeholders across the assigned region.
- Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring unified engagement with local sales teams to position the portfolio and increase market share.
- Create and shape demand, drive funnel growth, and increase sales of video security and access control solutions.
- Establish strategic business development initiatives in named accounts to drive corporate growth through product expansion, partnerships, and alliances.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities, developing strategic directions and compelling market analysis presentations.
- Present Motorola’s value proposition and key portfolio attributes effectively.
- Forecast project pipelines, manage CRM registrations, and conduct proof‑of‑concept demonstrations.
- Identify new opportunities in the oil & gas landscape and collaborate with regional teams to maximize impact.
- Provide training to enable teams to position products confidently and meet corporate policies.
- Achieve revenue quotas and meet any associated MBOs.
- Attend team calls, conference meetings, and marketing events, including trade shows and booth duties.
- Track sales activities with channels using Motorola’s Salesforce system.
- Develop standardized vertical‑market presentations and sales tools.
- Work with Applications Engineering for proof‑of‑concept and solution designs.
- Submit forecasts, activity reports, and business insights to management.
- Five or more years of experience in the video surveillance & access control market.
- Strong understanding of the mid‑to‑premium brand space and ability to sell solutions.
- Proven track record in strategic account management at all levels.
- Self‑motivated, focused, with a passion for technology and customer satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation skills with comfort negotiating at all levels.
- Excellent presentation skills, both verbal and written, able to communicate complex solutions.
- Friendly and pleasant communication style.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles, IP communication, CCTV, and access control.
- Proficiency in Office/Google platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence and unrestricted travel to the assigned territories.
- Excellent IT skills using office, Google, and other essential platforms.
More than 50% international travel will be required.
