Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive – Corporate Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving corporate sales, building long‑lasting relationships with business clients, and achieving revenue targets. As a Senior Executive, you will manage and grow our corporate client base, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to acquire new business clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Identify potential corporate clients and target industries, with a focus on expanding market share.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand client needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
  • Generate leads, create sales presentations, and deliver pitches to decision‑makers at the executive and managerial levels.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the organization.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new corporate clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, promotional materials, and initiatives that support corporate sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to ensure timely contract approvals and seamless contract management.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate sales cycle, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives and decision‑makers.
