We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Application Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling sales activities, preparing technical and commercial documents, supporting application and submittal processes, and coordinating with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

• Handle day‑to‑day sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients.
• Prepare technical submittals, applications, and supporting documents as per project requirements.
• Maintain and update sales records, documentation, and correspondence.
• Assist in tender preparation, documentation, and submission.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for product selection and pricing.
• Support the project and engineering team with application and technical documentation.
• Conduct client visits to promote products and solutions offered by the company.
• Follow up on payments, deliveries, and after‑sales support.
• Perform administrative tasks related to office and sales operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, documentation, or application support (preferably in HVAC, MEP, or construction industry).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of quotation preparation and technical documentation.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
