We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in driving business growth for our diesel generator products. The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery.

• Handle customer inquiries related to diesel generators and spare parts via phone, email, and in-person.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and tender documents in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
• Track sales orders, delivery schedules, and inventory status.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
• Provide after-sales support by coordinating with service teams for installations, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
• Maintain knowledge of diesel generator products and applications to provide accurate information to clients.
• Follow up with clients on quotes, delivery, and payments.
• Assist the sales team with lead generation and follow-up activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the power generation or diesel generator industry.
• Familiarity with diesel generator systems, components, and applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
