Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Doha, Qatar, for a HORECA/Food Service Sales Staff member. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients in the HORECA and food service sectors, promoting the company's product offerings, identifying customer needs, and providing tailored equipment solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining records of customer interactions, staying informed on market trends and competitors, and achieving sales targets.

The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and project plans, while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Sales and customer relationship management skills, including experience in HORECA or food service equipment sales
  • Strong product knowledge in commercial kitchen equipment or related industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer skills
  • Proactive and result‑oriented attitude with a focus on achieving targets
  • Previous experience in Doha or familiarity with the local market is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Salary & Location

QAR 10,000 – QAR 40,000 per month
