Job Summary

We are hiring a proactive and dynamic Female Field Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong relationships within the cosmetics and salon industry in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have an existing network with salons, beauty centers, and cosmetics distributors, along with strong communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Identify and onboard new clients from the cosmetics, beauty, and salon sectors.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Visit clients regularly to promote products and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Present product demos and promotional offers to salon owners and beauty professionals.
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the management team.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and handle basic after‑sales support.

• Female candidate currently in Qatar preferred.
• Mandatory:
  Valid Qatar driving license.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong existing network within cosmetics, beauty, or salon industry.
• Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience.
• Pleasant personality, confident communicator, and result‑driven.
• Monthly salary: QAR 6,000 – 6,500.
• Attractive incentives based on performance.
• Allowances as per company policy.
