Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Immigration Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance to clients regarding immigration and visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, the USA, and Europe. This role requires strong sales skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people achieve their immigration goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess client eligibility for various immigration programs (PR, study, work, and tourist visas).
- Provide detailed consultations and prepare customized immigration pathways.
- Guide clients through documentation, application submission, and visa processes.
- Follow up with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Meet or exceed monthly conversion and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications.
- Coordinate with legal teams, case officers, and international partners when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration or visa consulting (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales ability and client-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
