PHI FIT is the Wellness wing of the PHI GROUP. It operates as a Subscription Diet Box and meal prep Kitchen, delivering dietician-curated meals to individuals with specific dietary goals. Formerly known as Avocado House, it has now been rebranded as PHI FIT, joining the Phi Group's portfolio of brands.

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for driving business growth for PHI FIT by establishing strategic partnerships, managing direct-to-consumer subscriptions, and collaborating on promotional activities. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence and ensuring a steady growth in our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and close B2B deals with high-value institutions, including clinics, gyms, cafés, shops, and universities, to introduce PHI FIT meal solutions as a wellness partner.
  • Conduct continuous market study and competitor analysis to keep PHI FIT's offerings and sales strategies current and competitive.
  • Drive and manage the acquisition of individual monthly subscriptions for PHI FIT's diet box and meal prep services.
  • Execute targeted sales outreach campaigns, including sending SMS and Whats App messages to potential and existing clients to promote our services, offers, and dietary plans.
  • Work closely and efficiently with the Marketing Team to develop, implement, and track promotional strategies and campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation.
  • Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports on market trends and sales pipeline status.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in a sales or coordination role, preferably within the FMCG, Wellness, Health, or Food & Beverage sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities, especially in a B2B context.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with direct marketing tools (SMS, Whats App) for sales outreach.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
