Job Title:Sales Executive – Aluminum Factory for Kitchen Utensils
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales Executive to manage end-to-end sales processes for our aluminum factory. This includes generating leads, maintaining client relationships, overseeing product delivery and receiving, as well as collecting payments. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, logistics awareness, and experience in industrial or construction materials sales.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and regional markets.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and quotations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage delivery schedules.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues promptly.
- Liaise with receiving teams to ensure incoming stock is accurate and documented.
- Ensure proper inventory records for materials sent and received.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment collection.
- Prepare invoices and ensure all financial transactions are recorded.
- Coordinate with the accounting department for reconciliation of payments.
- Maintain records of sales, deliveries, and collections.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and client status.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial or aluminum product sales.
- Strong understanding of logistics and payment processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license (if field travel is required).
