Responsibilities
  • Develop sales strategies and conduct market research.

  • Meet with clients virtually or through sales visits, offering advice and introducing new products.

  • Maintain and update customer records, analyze information, and prepare sales reports.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  • Generate new customers through various channels and follow up on new leads and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
  • Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
  • Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups.
  • Align the company around brand direction, choices and tactics.
  • Monitor marketing trends to keep ahead of competition.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and execute a marketing plan that meets business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or Economics.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or sales.
  • High-level commercial and negotiation techniques.
  • Knowledge of the company's sales and marketing policy and strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of product range.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Positive, confident, and determined approach.
  • Passion for IT.
Salary

Annual salary:
QAR 120,000 – QAR 240,000 (depending on experience, industry, and company size). Performance-based bonuses and commissions can increase total compensation.
