Responsibilities- Develop sales strategies and conduct market research.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations.

- Meet with clients virtually or through sales visits, offering advice and introducing new products.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Collect, investigate, and summarize market data and trends.
- Maintain and update customer records, analyze information, and prepare sales reports.
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
- Generate new customers through various channels and follow up on new leads and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups.
- Align the company around brand direction, choices and tactics.
- Monitor marketing trends to keep ahead of competition.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and execute a marketing plan that meets business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or Economics.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or sales.
- High-level commercial and negotiation techniques.
- Knowledge of the company's sales and marketing policy and strategies.
- Excellent knowledge of product range.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive, confident, and determined approach.
- Passion for IT.
Annual salary:
QAR 120,000 – QAR 240,000 (depending on experience, industry, and company size). Performance-based bonuses and commissions can increase total compensation.
