Sales & Marketing Manager – HVAC Products
Location:
Doha, Qatar Experience in GCC countries will be preferred
Job Summary The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the sales and marketingoperations for HVAC products such as ducting, grilles, diffusers, dampers, VAV units, soundattenuators, and other air distribution products. The role requires strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, proven experience in team leadership, and the ability to manage both commercial and technical discussions with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in the HVAC and construction market sectors.
- Manage relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Handle commercial negotiations, pricing, quotations, and contract finalization.
- Ensure effective follow-up on inquiries, submittals, and project requirements.
- Technical & Product Expertise
- Provide technical support to clients on HVAC products including ducting, grilles, diffusers, dampers, VAVs, sound attenuators, and related items.
- Review project specifications and drawings to propose the correct product solutions.
- Coordinate with the engineering and production teams for customized product requirements.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for clients and consultants.
- Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
- Expand brand visibility through exhibitions, seminars, and networking events.
- Support digital marketing efforts including online campaigns and product launches.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Assign targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's product and market knowledge.
- Ensure a collaborative and results-focused work environment.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and market reports.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance departments for smooth order execution.
- Prepare periodic sales reports for management review.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC sales, specifically in ducting, airdistribution products, dampers, and related systems.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC components and project specifications.
- Proven experience in handling a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle both technical and commercial discussions confidently.
- Valid driving license (if applicable).
- Strong network within HVAC consultants, contractors, and MEP companies.
- Experience with government, commercial, industrial, and mega-project clients.
- Knowledge of local market regulations and standards related to HVAC products.
