Job Description

BAIRQ is an AI‑native company building advanced B2B SaaS products for businesses across the MENA region. Our flagship product, Mirsal, is an AI‑powered omni‑channel and voice agent platform used by companies to automate customer interactions across Whats App, social media, and phone calls. We also provide tailored AI solutions and integrations for businesses looking to enhance their operations through automation and intelligent workflows.

BAIRQ is expanding its presence in Qatar and is looking for a part‑time professional to support business development efforts on the ground.

This is a part‑time, Qatar‑based B2B SaaS Sales & Business Development role. The position focuses on identifying potential clients in Qatar, introducing them to BAIRQ's AI products, qualifying leads, and coordinating product demos with the founders. The ideal candidate understands the dynamics of B2B SaaS sales, can communicate business value clearly, and is comfortable building relationships with decision‑makers.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients in Qatar.
  • Present and explain BAIRQ's SaaS and AI products, especially Mirsal.
  • Understand client needs and position the right solution.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Schedule demos and meetings between clients and the founders.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to support sales and product strategy.
  • Represent BAIRQ professionally in meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Must be based in Qatar.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales, tech sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to understand software products and translate features into business value.
  • Self‑driven and able to work independently with flexible hours.
  • Experience selling to clinics, training centers, real estate, or service‑based sectors is a plus.
Work Type
  • Part‑time with flexible working hours.
