Overview

Sales Executive | MAF Entertainment | Cinemas (B1001C). The Corporate Sales Executive drives revenue by identifying and selling products and services to corporate clients, schools, and institutions. The role targets clients seeking venues for events, team-building activities, field trips, bulk vouchers, product launches, private screenings, and group activities, while managing relationships with schools to organize field trips and ensure coordination and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and proactively identify new sales opportunities across corporate and school segments.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Manage corporate events, field trips, and voucher sales to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure market penetration and repeat business.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and promotional events while handling objections professionally.
  • Ensure accurate CRM records, prepare event briefs, and coordinate with operations and finance teams.
  • Meet quarterly and monthly sales targets while leveraging upselling, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and strong computer proficiency.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of direct sales experience in a dynamic environment with proven KPI achievement.
  • Flexible, adaptable, self-motivated team player with a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent personal organization, time management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused with strong sales passion and fast learning ability.
