The Role
This position is part of the Commercial Vehicles Sales Team under FAMCO, focusing on Trucks or Buses division. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting, presenting, and selling a comprehensive range of commercial vehicle solutions tailored to customer needs. You will drive business growth by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating closely with Product and Regional Sales Managers to deliver competitive vehicle packages and after‑sales solutions that enhance profitability and customer satisfaction.
WhatYou Will Do
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Trucks, Buses, and associated commercial vehicle solutions.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Product Manager to define, track, and deliver sales objectives by product line and territory.
- Prepare accurate weekly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and margin analysis for management review.
- Track sales performance and implement corrective actions to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Manage customer accounts through SAP and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and achieve high forecast accuracy with minimal variances at month‑end.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and support strategic planning.
- Ensure all proposals, quotations, negotiations, and customer interactions align with company policies, ethical standards, and governance requirements.
- Industry Expertise:
Strong understanding of commercial vehicles (Trucks or Buses), applications, fleet operations, and market segments. - Sales Excellence:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing the full sales cycle. - Customer Focus:
Ability to build long‑term customer relationships through trust, responsiveness, and solution‑oriented approach. - Commercial Acumen:
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and financial interpretation skills, with strong business understanding.

What Equips You ForThe Role
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Commercial Vehicles (Trucks or Buses) sales within the Qatar market.
- Strong project management skills and ability to build and maintain influential client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP systems.
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities with attention to detail.
- Customer‑focused, performance‑driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
