Oli Oli (means joy in the Hawaiian language) is a multiple award-winning contemporary children's museum that opened to rave reviews in 2017. Founded by a group of parents who are passionate about open-ended non-judgmental play, Oli Oli entails 6 interactive galleries comprising over 45 hands-on exhibits.
As the Sales Executive, you will develop, oversee, and support our B2B Sales. In this position, you will play a key role in promoting revenue growth and business development. You will create and maintain high-quality relationships with our internal and external clients. You will define and deliver our targets, follow up on negotiations, maintain an updated database, and guarantee an awesome experience for the customers from the first contact to post-sales.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Report to Oli Oli Doha's Sales Manager and prepare regular reports.
- Develop and deliver the Oli Oli Business Development Monthly Plan that aligns with our value proposition.
- Be in charge of our corporate accounts (sponsor ships, partnerships, etc.).
- Identify/call/visit each B2B client to introduce Oli Oli and its offerings/programs to them.
- Manage the sales performance of corporate products by meeting customers' needs and trends and supporting the team to achieve their targets for other products (including field trips).
- Work closely with the Marketing team to execute the strategies for B2B clients.
- Maintain a strong and deep professional relationship between Oli Oli and the relevant B2B clients.
- Liaise with the Guest Engagement Team to align internal objectives, plans, and expectations.
- Organize all required documentation and keep the database up to date for all relevant clients and prospects.
- Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and other relevant industry gatherings to further Oli Oli objectives.
- Be a positive ambassador for the Oli Oli brand.
- Contribute to a positive, team-based, and guest-first-centric culture.
- College Degree in Sales or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of prior experience in corporate sales (sponsorship, partnership, etc.) and business development in Qatar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Experience in the hospitality or entertainment (especially kids' entertainment) industry is a plus.
- Self-starter and self-motivated; thrives working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
